CONSTRUCTION Test Command will furnish the following items: loop antennas; b) 4,000 ft. coaxial cable; c} one 6x 7x 10-ft. d) one 10-ft. diameter crossed loop antenna; and, trailer. The contractor will furnish two 20 kw, a) two 10-ft. portable building e) one 28.7 x 10.8 x 8.5-ft. 120/208 volt, 60 cycle, diesel generators. Existing operational communications facilities will be used. This project will be directed and operated by the Defense Communications Agency at their discretion. The facility will be similar to the one required at Johnston Island. The site must be located in remote areas away from R. F, and electrical noises and will be selected after a field reconnaissance.
