The airstrip on ROI ISLAND, KWAJALEIN ATOLL, will be available for emergency landing. n During shots and rehearsals, command: of joint task force air operations will be exercised through.the CIC of the command ship. Tne CIC will be supervised by joint task force controllers provided by TG 7.4. These air controllers will contro] movement of TG 7.4 aircraft and, in the interest of safety and positioning requirements, the activaties of such other aircraft as may be appropriate. Z o.
