Price Roy B, Snapp John H, Stumpf 1, Recommended Revisions in Test Operation The Chairman thanked Dr. Libby and Dr. Rabi for affording the Commission this opportunity of discussing questions which had arisen concern- ing the conduct of the current test operation, The General Manager initiated the discussion by briefly summarizing Dr. Libby's letter (AEC 597/44) in which he had raised several questions concerning the factors affecting fall-out from test detonations.
