REMARKS:
The survey readings on the shot island were obtained at H+2h hours
and extrapolated to H+l hour using the t-}°* decay approximation.
Since
the winds were from the west~southwest throughout their entire structure, no radiation reading higher than twice background was observed on
islands beyond 2,000 yards from ground zero.
