An emergency unsatisfactcry report was sub-
ritted te URAMA ard four (4) spare actuators and three (3) actustcrs
reneved from aircraft were flown to NAMAP, Tachikawa Air Base, Japan
fer Depot Inspecticr.
The depot inspection detected cracks in three (3)
cf the seven (7) units tested.
MNAMAP provided depot inspected replacerrcrt,
actuators for the B-57) sircraft, permitting the lirited flying status
tc be rescinded.
Adiitional depot tested mnits were expediticusiy pro-
cured from WRAMA te replace the B-57B actuators.
