and supplies to RONGELAP and do the following work:
land, roads, and sea ramps.
Clear
Continue insect control by land.
Erect storage sheds and council house. Install pre-cast cisterns.

Clear sites and set footings for all structures.
Complete en-
gineering surveys.
Support Schedule.
Transfer, via air, Mr. Pieris and Council
members from MAJURO to RONGELAP for siting purposes
during construction period.
ETA RONGELAP 26 April.
Pro-
vide weekly and emergency air support, mail and personnel,
KWAJALEIN, RONGELAP, and MAJURO.
PHASE III

Off-load men and equipment at PARRY.
Make
trips as time will allow to BIKINI and return ENIWETOK during
materials fabrication period.
Back-load fabricated materials,
men, equipment, water to fill cisterns, and supplies and proceed to RONGELAP.
