The Comissionhag agreed that there is no requirement far "Quickie"
filma and for a Task Force Commander's Film Reportan Operation
However, a Commission requirenent does exist for a minimal ancunt. of
possibly deciassifiahle 35 wm. color historical stock filmfootage
ami watching still photography. ‘This footage ahould includes views of
reduced fallout detonations;views of cratering, monitoring, aod/or
other groundactivities relating to reduced fallout detonstians;
eny umisual events or emergency situations.
You are requested to arrange for taking stock film footage onthe
above general specifications. Some of this footage willbe made
available as necessary to the public media for their release or for
"pack-up" in their reporting of the open shot or shots in Oparation
HARDTACK, aswas dane during Operation REDWING.
