To explain the complete budget situation in one letter would
not be feasible,
but the following paragraphs attempt to sketch
it and offer answers to your specific questions.
1.
The budget for the Medical Examination Programs was
and is $55,000.
We have been informed verbally that a new
amount available will be $90,000.
This include‘the $10,000
you associated with Dr. Waysen.
Through May,
total costs amounted to $48,300, with
anticipated additional costing of about $12,000.
The costs are valid and include approximately $4,000 paid by
H&N for packing and crating and port handling costs for the
new trailer now at Ebeye.
I am enclosing a copy of the monthly statement for May for
the Medical Examination Program,
