1. So much of paragraph 1, Gensral Orders Number 48, this Headquarters,
this station, current series, pertaining to the award of the Commendation Ribbon to FIRST LIEUTENANT MORTIMER A. SULLIVAN, JR., AO3075753, as reads, "FIRST

2. So much of Section I, paragraph 1, General Orders Number 49, this
