OBJECTIVE
The objective of this study was to supplement clinica] data with as much information as possible concerning events during the fallout at Rongerik, including (1) activities of men during
fallout, (2) description of fallout, (3) types of clothing worn, (4) food and drink, (5) location
of film badges, (6) evacuation and decontamination procedures, and (7) readings of external
radioactive contamination of Rongerik personnel.
