The Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, to whom wus referred the bill (H.R. 3756) To authorize appropriations for certain insular
areas of the United States, and for other purposes, having considered
the same, report favorably thereon with amendments and recommend
that the bill as amendeddo pass.
‘The amendments are as follows:
Page 2, lines 11 through 16, strike the present text andinsert in lieu
thereof the following:
sxc. 108. The act entitled “An Act to authorize certain appropriations forthe territorics of the United States, to amend
certain Acts relating thereto, and for other purposes” (91
Stat. 1159; Public Law95-184) is amended—
(1) in subsection 104 (a), by striking out paragraph
(4) and redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4);
and
(2) by inserting after section 105, the following new
newsection:
