This station is a second order station in the atoll control net. It was established in the Holmes & Narver 1957 Replacement Survey to replace "Aomon" which was disturbed during Operation Redwing. DECLASSIFIED PER DOE LETTES DATED JULY, 18, 1994 SENISCALLY TO DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF STATION: This station was recovered in good condition. The station mark is a standard a 10" H-pile, stamped "Sally - H & N - 1957." ground surface. It is one foot below the H & N brass cap set in a concrete filled 55 gallon drum encasing the top of Bucks #29, 30 and 41 are in good condition. They are 4"x4" posts sdt in concrete with brass tack marked aluminum strips on the top. They are stamped with the buck numbers. They are chaining bucks on the "Sally" first order traverse.
