On March 27 I telephoned Dr. Barr, Deputy Director, Div. of Biology and
Medicine, concerning the request of High Commissioner Johnston for
guidance in rehabitation of the Peter-Oboe-Tare complex at Bikini.
During our discussion I dictated the referenced twx to his secretary
for his information and record.
Dr.
Barr informs me that DBM would
review the original correspondence on the subject, generate guidance
to Commissioner Johnston in the required time frame and inform NVOO
concerning details.
