such facalities are used properly and in accordance with security

Voice radio circuits will be closely sonihbred. Radio
teletype or CW facilities will be used in lieu cf voice radio whenever practicable
The follwing long distance voice radio circuits
will be available on a closely csontroalied basis between the followang poants:
(1) ENTWETOK/PARRY - BIKINI ATOLL (controlled by CJTF SEVEN).
(2) 1 7.2 PARRY - BIKINI ATOLL (controtied py CT™ 7.1).
(3) EXTWETOK - BIKINI ATOLL - FWAJALEIN (controlled by 1 7.4
for the control of air mowement traffic only).
(4) AOC ENIWETCK - CIC USS ESTES (ccntrolied by 16 7.4 for air
operations)

A two way VAF voice
redio cireuit with voice security equiraent cleared for conversa-
tions up tc and including TOP SECRET wiil be available between the
USS ESTES and the firing party on shore.
