Mustin, Director, DASA. Two copies are enclosed. I suspect the total fund estimate of $1,300,000 indicated in paragraph 2 f9 conservative. Also, I suspect the date of October 15, 1969, for completion of the cleanup work and withdrawal of the Tagk Group is probably on the con- servative side.
