of Staff via the Military Lioison Committce requesting the view or ¢oncurrence of the Commission in a report by the Joint Proof-Test Committee.

This matter has boen roferred to the Director of Military Applica-
tion for review and recommendations.
It ie anticipated that a peoreane
reply will be distributed Tuesday, October 21, 1947.
In view of the urgency
of this matter, Commission consideration is suggosted of the ouclosure and
the proposed reply on Wednesday, October 22, 1947.
