It is considered that interference with the Joint Task Force SEVEN mission or compromise of its activities cowld be effected by: (1) Espionage. Espionage, or "spying", for the purpose of CASTILE, would involve the unauthorized collection of classified or RFSPRICTED DATA information for a foreign government. It includes the collection (by observation, theft, sketching, photography, etc.) of the information as well as its delivery, together with assisting, harboring or concealing persons involved, "spionage could be accomplished by the penetration of foreign agents into the Joint Task Force, or by the defection of personnel of the Joint Task Force. (2) Sabotage. DNA Sabotage (destructive, delaying or impending acts) could be accomplished by the penetration of subversive personnel into the Task Force, the defection of personnel of the Task Force, or more remotely, by a raiding party landed from the sea or from aircraft. Subversive action by these means could run along the lines of the destruction of communications and technical installation facilities within the atoll,
