ml concentration HNO to boctle to rinse walls, add to beaker.

Filter entire sample through a 2 inch Whatman 42 filter paper
mounted in filter assembly.

Transfer filter paper and precipitate to a 150 ml beaker.
125°C in a muffle furnace.

Dry at

Slowly raise the temperature (over an

eight hour period) to a maximum of 500°C.

Continue heating at

Cool the sample and add small volumes of concentrated HNO.
