The Military Liaison Committee concurs in the declassification of the information listed in subparagraphs a, c, d, e, and f above, The Committee does not concur in the declassification of the weight and center of gravity information in subparagraph b above nor in the declassification of the information in subparagraph g above. The described information is deemed to be classified defense information the release of which is not essential to the objectives of the operation, Further, the information contained in subparagraph g is additionally considered to be not accurate and an entree to undesirable questioning and discussion, The Committee approves the declassification of the following instead of subparagraph b above: (b) The device to be tested is contained in a cylindrical container about 5 feet in diameter and 12 feet long. For the information which is Restricted Data, in accordance with Section 142C of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, the Military Liaison Committee, for the Department of Defense, has determined that the information listed in subparagraphs b as amended in the preceding paragraph, c, e, and f above is Restricted Data which relates primarily to the military utilization of atomic weapons and may be published without constituting an unreasonable risk to the common defense and security.
