Under consideration was a report by the Director of Military Application concerning allocation of thirty spaces for Atomic
Energy Commission observers at Operation Sandstone.

It was point-

ed out that in view of the uncertainty as to the requirements of
some sub-groups, no firm allocation of spaces could be made at
present,

but that the paper under discussion presented the work-

ing estimate cf the staff.
