OCS Responsibilities under Uxecutive Order 19483 -~ Seetinn 2 of
Executive Order 19483 provides for tuo types of CB actions:

Subparagraph (1) which deals with actinns specifically
assigned to OCB by NSC, charges the soord with “advising with the agencies
eoncerned" respecting "the execution of each security action or project so
that it will make its full enntribution to the attainment of national
security objectives and of the particular climate of opinion the United
States is
-seeking to achieve in the world,"
