The Commissioners briefly discussed the Twenty-third Semiannual Report to Congress and suggested several editorial revisions
Mr. Libby said he would submit his revisions to Mr. Salisbury
after the meeting. He added that Mr. Strauss would aleo provide
any comments he might have to Mr, Salisbury later. The Commission:
a. Requested that the page proofs of the Twenty-third
Semiannual Report to Congress be revised in accordance
with the discussion at the meeting; and
