Bonnet:
Enclosed are some plans for a September trip to the Islands in regard
to the medical surveys, You will note that I will need your help in
carrying out these plans, provided they are approved by the High Commissioner.
For one thing, we may need a DC-4 chartered flight from Kwajalein to pick
Dr, Rall and I up from Majuro,and we may need to charter a ship for three
days, if possible, to carry out the Rongelap end of the survey. You will
also note that there will be some aid necessary in regard to the trip of
to Hawaii.
I will contact you further in regard to these plans as soon as I hear
from the Trust Territory.
I will appreciate your help in carrying out these
plans,
