For your information and future guidance, advance payments to
Marshallese medical patients or their officially sponsored escorts
(e.g. an interpreter), will be made on the basis of reasonable
per diem rates ase determined by PASO. The per diem rate will
take into conaideration appropriate deductions for Government
provided food and lodging.
In this case the $111.00 was computed as follows:

30 days in the CONUS @ $33.00 per day, less $29.70 for:
Lodging $16.50, Breakfast $2.31, Lunch $3.30, Dinner $7.59.
