The Problem

Presentation of USNRDL Technical Program for FY 1957, February 1956. The work was
continued under Bureau of Ships ProjectNumber 088-001 (Technical Objective
SR-2), Subtask 1, Problem 1, described in USNRDL Technical Program Proposed
for Fiscal Year 1958, May 1957, as Problem 3, Program 2.
