Marshall, Director & eo 409038 °* Division of Classification SUBJECT: DECLASSIFICATION OF AEC 787/29 SYMBOL: O:CFK At the request of Ed Wilber, Division of Information Services, we have reviewed the subject Information Paper and have determined that it does not contain Restricted Data as defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. This office will have no objection therefore to its unclassified distribution. It is understood, however, that pending final resolution of the preblem, DIS plans to distribute pertinent portions of the Information Paper as "Official Use Only". This memorandum will serve as authority to declassify all copies of the Information Paper distributed by your cffice. By copy of this memorandum we are advising Mr. Salisbury that his memorandum of April 4, 1956, to the General Manager, subject: "Unclassified Documentary Motion Picture on Weapons Test", has been declassified.
