he issue of this Engineering Order authorizes the above action addressees to prepare
operete plan sets, sepsrate cost estimates and construction time schedules for
rehabilitation of eacn of tne Rad-Safe Stations at Sites Wotho, Ujelang and Utirik, all
in eccerdance with requirements outlined in Paragrarnns 6 and 7 of reference confidential
letter (A) dated February 11, 1957, as modified by reference letter (B), corrected with
roference Teletype (C).
Flans and cost estimates will be forwarded to Home Office Estimating Department for
Surtner processing.
Reference Letter (B) is quoted as follows:

"You are hereby authorized to design and prepare estimates for Weather and Red-Safe
Stations as requested in JTF-7 letter dated February 11, 1957.
"Wlstimates should be prepered for each single location for both the new stations
anc the rehabilitetion of existing stations es funding for this prceject has not
been definitely determined.
