This ict is known and may be cited as

Section 3.
Definitions.
In this act, unlesa the context,othetwisa
requires, the following definitions shall apply:

"Exposed person" mean: any Micronesian eitizen who was
on Rongeiap Atoll, Alinginae Atoll, or Utirik Atoll on March 1, 1954, or
