delegating to the Operations Offices responsibility
for carrying out the licensee inspection program,
In response to a question by Mr, Libby,
Mr, Nelson commented briefly on the theft of
material and arrest of emplovees at ACF-Buffalo,
Mr. Nelson said that a report on the current
Situation at ACF-Buffalo would be circulated to
the Commission,
