eivilian empleyees of the Preject and beth have netified me ef their
iutentions to leave the Project by 30 Jume and in the case of
Dr. Henpelmann possibly befere. Unfertunately I have ne mere
control ever these people than I have ever any ether civilian and
their willingness to engage in leng range activities ef this nature
must be at their ewn personal decision.
