The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an opportunity for a free exchange of ideas in matters connected with the phenomenon of fall-out. It is anticipated that Drs. Felt and tthite of Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory will present a paper during the symposium as Will various representatives of tne military services. A copy of the vroposed agenda is available in the Division of Military Application for your verusal. we have been asked to submit a list of persons from the Atomic knergy Commission who will attend the symposium during the dates indicated apovee itis therefore requested that you inform this Division as to those persons in the Division of Siology and Medicine or from the New York Operations Office whom you desire to attend. This infornation should be submitted to the DMA not later than December 23, 195k. AFSWP has informed us that should tne list of those tastringto attend| become unwieldy, it may be necessary to impose quotas.
