Our statement of no objection was based on the under- standing that the “hot papers” from our own airplanes in lieu of British flight missions might have less security significance than she papers that would be obtained by the British, We further understood that a policy decision had been made that "hot papers" could be provided in lieu of such British flight missions, 3, Copies of pertinent correspondence are attached.
