LOGISTICS
i.

General,

Logistical support of Joint Task Force SEVEN from 1 July 1954

to the beginning of the next operation will be provided as follows:
a.

The Military Services, through existing supply and service agencies,

will furnish logistical support for the elements of the task force.

b. The Atomic Energy Commission (AEC), through its appropriate field,
agencies, provides logistical support for the AEC elements of the task

force.

c. Cross-servicing between the AEC and the Military Services is authori
per existing regulations and agreements of the ASC and the Department of

Defense (DOD).

d. Military sea and air transportction from the continental United Stat:
(CONUS) to the forward area and intermediate points will be provided ‘all

elements of the task force, the AEC, and its contractors by Hilitary Sea,
Transportation Service (MSTS) and Military Air Transport Service (MATS),

Supply requisitions will be submitted direct to the appropriate ,

Internal Missions.

The following logistical missions are assigned to th:
