oN LETTER AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN SCHEDULES, REPORTING CRITERIA AND MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTATION By this letter Agreement, entered into this 14th day of February, the parties hereby agree that Certain Schedules, Reporting Criteria and Miscellaneous Documentation referred to in the Agreement for Management of Health Care Delivery in the Marshall Islands have not, as of the time of execution of the Agreement, been completed in a form satisfactory for inclusion in the Agreement. It is hereby agreed and understood that, notwithstanding the lack of completion of these materials, the basic Agreement is ready for execution by the parties. Accordingly, the parties hereby agree that these materials, set forth below, shall be placed in final form during the transition period and appended to the Agreement by and upon mutual agreement of the parties. The Schedules, Reporting Criteria and Miscellaneous Documentation to which this Letter Agreement applies are as follows: 1. Schedule C - Insurance coverages 2.
