29. Article 15. Amendment. This Agreement shall be subject to Amendment by mutual agreement of the parties. On the anniversary of the inception date, or such other date as the parties may agree, the Minister of Health Services, the Secretary of Health Services and the Health Services Administrator employed by Contractor shall meet to review the Agreement and to discuss amendments, if any, desired by the parties.
