16. Article 7. Training. Contractor shall provide basic ortentation programs and continuing education for employees of the health serviags system. Employee education programs shall be funded from the annual operating budget underwritten by Government, and may include, to the extent determined necessary by contractbr, visiting instructors and other specialists retained to achieve these training objectives.
