On 9 Feb. 60, Aonejee a document entitled "Test Proposals," No. AW-655
to all members of the BBS (teston Weapons Committee).
This most interesting and
lengthy document was drawn up as requested by the director and the proposals for
tests and experiments are grouped under three headings:
experiments; and non-stockpile applications.
