JTF-7 Weather Centralon ELMER Islandwill collectall
observationaldata and performall analyticand prognostic
work. Analysisand presentations,in finishedchart form,
will be transmittedto the ~IWETOK WeatherStationand to

Communicationselementsof Joint Task Force SEVEN,and supporting
agencies,will provideall communications-electronics
facilities
necessaryto insure successfulaccomplishmentof the mission of
Joint Task Force SEVEN. Such facilitieswill providemaximum
reliability,security,speed of service,and flexibility,consistentwith existingtechnicaland logisticcapabilities.

a. HeadquartersJTF SEVEN will:
(1) Coordinateand supervisethe overalltask force conmnmicationsand electronicsactivities.
(2) Assign and controlall radio frequencies,Cdl

of these personnel.
(6) Provide equipnentfor on-lineoperationwhere applicable,
and provide personnelfor the operationand maintenanceof
these equipments.
(7) Procure communicationsequipmentrequiredhv the task force
during the operationalperiod,which cannotbe procuredby
the Task Groups through normal servicechannels.
