It is requested that the following people on this list be given omer
100 lbs, extra weight allowance for MATS travel: R.A. Conard, W. A. Scott,
D. G, Clareus, and L, M. Cook,
It will be appreciated if you would expedite clearance procedures on these
people and issue travel orders.
The whole air shipment of medical equipment is planned for mid January.
The Inspector of Navy Material will handle this shipment via MATS upon receiving
your authorization and appropriation charge number.
