Messrs. DeChant and Goodwin expressed some concern over difficulties en- countered by FCDA in obtaining data relating to the effects of weacons under the cresent conditions of top vriority of "weeoons develooment", the feelinr of the TCDA people beire that little attention is siven to saving lives. In this connection, lir. Salisburr suggested that it would be helpful to all con— cerned if the rCDA would orevere 2 bill of particulars, especially stating toe iind of data ond nriority needs for inmedicte attention by AZC.
