In response to @ request of Mr. Rice concerning the compensation
bill for Rongelap, the following is a list of Rongelap people who were
exposed to fallout in 1954 and who have had thyroid surgery along with
three others whom I feel warrant equal compensation to the thyroid
surgical cases:
