The Nevada Hazards Evaluation Group convened at 0850 hours on September 26,
1968,
at the Atomic Energy Commission's Nevada Operations Office,
Nevada,

The purpose of this meeting
was to review items of Group concern outlined in the meeting agenda included
herein as Enclosure 1.
Enclosure 2 lists the meeting participants.
