INTERLABORATORY CHECK DATA
I. Checks with Lamont and NYOO

ds a test of the reliability of the strontinm-90 data obtained by each of
the several participating laboratories, a number of samples were divided and
exchanged as check samples.
Results for check samles measured at the Lamont
Geological Observatory, the Health and Safety Laboratory of the New York
Operations Office and the University of Chicago are presented in Table I.
Of
these, the mst recent data are for CL 305, 326, 327 and 328, which were measured early in 1955,
Additional check samples have been exchanged and are
in process of measurement.
