2.

In accordance with III (C) (1) ¢d) above, all member nations

possessing information relevant to the activities of the Agency will
be expected to make contributions from that information to the Agency.
3.

The Agency will encourage the exchange of scientific and

technical information among nations, and be responsible for making
wide dissemination of the data in its possession.

The Agency will serve as an intermediary securing the

performance of services by one member for another.

activities the Agency might provide by this means or through joint
facilities might be the following (the cost of such services being

born by the recipient nation):
