Dear Mre Melds:
During the hearing on the indemnity legislation,
Mr. andrew Bleniller mentioned that there was some
problem in connection with the disability case of one
Mr, Cardwell at Oak Ridge (see p. 735 of the daily
transeript). Would you be good enough to furnish us
witb the files on Mr. Cardwell so that the Joint Com-
mittee can study the problems involved in a radiation
injury compensation case?
The Joint Caamittee would also appreciate receiving a report on all other known instances of
radiation injury in the programs
Sincerely yours,
gon ds
