The DOE subcontract with U.S. Oceanography allows for use of the vessel at sea for an average not to exceed 60 days per quarter. We will hold February 15th as a firm date unless unusual circumstances force a change, and we ask all of you to let us know if you or a representative of your organization plan to attend.
