PL 7-116 calls for the Marshall Islands District Government to provide this housing at no cost, but as you pointed out, you never were given the funding to do it. I offered to assist you by looking for two or more house trailers which could possibly be made available to your Government at little or no cost. We would do this if you agreed to provide water, power, sewer and maintenance to the trailers, but you again pointed out that you were not budgeted for this. Our offer still stands should you find in the future that funds are available.
