EVACUATION:
At Col Pinson's request the feasibility of personnel occupancy at YVONNE
during the OLIVE event was examined. This would save many man-hours of
work especially if there were several shot delays. It was decided that
there will be no personnel hazards as far as blast, thermal fall out and
wave action is concerned.
Voice Count Down assembly staging areas can be
arranged with an LCU standing by for emergency evacuation capability.
evacuation letter for the OLIVE event will reflect this.
