RESPONSIBILITIES A. , Department Chairmen/Division Heads are responsible for ensurir; im- plementation of this Guide. Specifically they shall designate qualified anc 1li- censed Masters and a Marine Supervisor. B. The Master of the vessel, régardless of its size, is responsible for the safety of all persons aboard the vessel, for the safe operation and conti- tion of the vessel and to assure that all requirements of this guide are satisfied.
