of the Marshall
Istands District Legislature's Resolution
No. 38. N.D.-1, "Expressing the displeasure of the Marshall
Islands Nitijela to the Government of the United States for the
treatment of the chiefs and their people regarding their atoll,
Rongerik Atoll'', a copy of which was forwarded in your letter
of June 25, 1974.
The question of determining if ''... there is radiation in the
soil, the forestry, the crops and the fish in the surrounding
sea...'' is a matter under the purview of the Atomic Energy
Commission, and t shall forward a copy of your resolution to
that organization for their investigation of this matter.
